pay is decent, 4 day week at 10 hours a day
Cons
people immediately go to upper management if theres a problem instead of coming to you first to help as everyone just wants to seem more impressive. no training, no tools provided, SOPs changing constantly, upper management has no idea what they're doing, HR is non existant and takes weeks to get back to you, doesn't acknowledge sick notes, messages to managers are ignored, managers are rude, etc. genuinely so unpleasant to work at.
