Progressive Growing Company - Anonymous employee Davey Coach Employee Review

Although my tenure was only over 8 months at Davey Coach - my fiancé and I decided to move back east- I found it to be a professional business/sales environment. The staff and ownership of the company were great to work with and for, and it was actually a relatively difficult decision to leave the company. They lived up to everything on their side of our agreement, and we left on professional terms, and I would strongly recommend them as a great employer. I forged friendships and business acumen during my time there that I am thankful for. Commissions, Salary, and Reimbursements were paid on a timely basis, and I found them to be a fair workplace.

I really didn't find anything negative about the company, we had a great working relationship

Low base Salary...extensive travel... Cost and fees are extremely high. Difficult to generate consistent commissions.. Family owned and operated... High turn over, Very uncomfortable place to work... ownership not interested in sharing the wealth.
