Support staff and managers are helpful and kind. Ideal location Pleasent work environment Operation managers are exceptional
Cons
As with any small company, lack of leadership skills at the very top and some lower supervisors. Needs a leader with true drive and passion for others to follow. Understaffed and high pressure for support staff and managers are evident.
