      Smaller office for billing specialists, Less face to face customer service

      Cons

      The small office had alot of drama, when I was hired it was brought up in my interview and the statement "can you handle not being in the drama/not join the drama" should have been a red flag. I do not recommend this job if you are wanting a healthy work enviorment.

      Pros

      McDavid Ford is a fantastic place to work. Hours are a little rough, but pay is well beyond what most people would be able to earn. The GM is fansastic, and super supportive of all his employees. The service manager a bit overwhelmed but also a fantastic person to work for. I absolutely love it here.

      The facility is outdated and need to be completly redone.
