      Amazing staff, great opportunity to surround yourself with incredible art, free lunch on Fridays, good learning opportunity for future art world career

      Cons

      Long hours and bad pay, Insufficient support from management, staff is exhausted by pace and demands of sales team. No incentives to stay more than 2 years max. and huge staff turnover

      comfortable office spaces and abundant resources

      Cons

      Complete disregard for work/life balance. toxic management style enabled by HR. retaliatory behavior in response to basic requests. Lack of understanding for employees with childcare needs.
