As a manager you are trained by being yelled at across the store in front of customers. Most of your trainers don't know the training themselves and become annoyed when you have to interact with them per the training module. They make you work 12 + hour days practically on your own because they are so understaffed. They can't keep people because of their ridiculous tiered commission. You get moved around from store to store with absolutely no work life balance. Most of the store managers are not fulfilling their roles whatsoever committing time fraud and treating employees horribly.
