Horrible. - Management David's Bridal Employee Review

There isn’t a single nice thing I can say about this company. They don’t even follow their own policies. Upper management is a joke. There is no support, and the human resource department isn’t ethical. A “private” concern should be kept “private” not shared to a colleague because they are friends. I would never suggest to work here. If you have a concern about something, nothing gets resolved, it gets pushed to the side like you are nothing to the company but the blood, sweat, and tears you put into this job. They create and maintain a Hostile work environment. They don’t follow up or follow through with anything and they treat their employees like the dirt they walk in.
