Pros
It’s supposed to be a positive environment. Brides do like some of the dresses and they are not expensive to buy. It’s good for someone who doesn’t know what it’s like to work there
Cons
Quality of in store product. Management underlying flakey, not genuine. The overall store cleanliness. The pay is not good. There are too many passwords and Manager wasn’t interested in questions. I’d be embarrassed if I was one of the designers who put my dresses there. I had to listen to the Manager talk negatively about brides after they left. I also had to wait until she was finished talking to the other employee about her pain today before I could get an answer for my customer. Stains on the gowns and rips.
