      *Good work balance, * Mobility and promotions seem more frequent *Managemnt seem concerned with fitting people where best suited in talents and interests

      Cons

      *Rather insular, many long term employees, can be challenging as an outsider. *Not so much consistency and uniformity to the way things are done, which can be challenge in merging work and resources *Systems and obtaining data can be cumbersome

      Fun place to work and nice to be apart of something bigger.

      Cons

      Total revolving door for employees, managers and everything else. No commission and store is worn down along with systems.
