Pros
Helping soon-to-be-Bride's with one of the biggest decisions for their wedding is extremely rewarding. The atmosphere in the salon is generally very upbeat and happy. Everyone, while I was working there, got along very well. There was a healthy amount of competition between salespeople.
Cons
The way the commission is set up screws you if you are trying to work a lot of hours. You're better off only coming in on Saturday and Sunday and by appointment, those are the only days you make sales- therefore the only times it isn't hurting you to be there.
