Pros

At HQ the starting vacation time is 25 days and goes up to 35 days after 4 years. Insurance is decent. Summer hours.

Cons

The company is pretty poorly run. A lot of the talent lies in the lower ranks and it’s ruined by insecure over-management. Very little freedom to do your thing. People up the chain all the way to the top seem underqualified, overpaid, and insecure. Egos in management on up can be kind of high. The general feeling is very corporate and people pull rank all the time. Current CEO is a bit more down to earth, but this is literally the third CEO in 3 years and he’s laid off a bunch of folks. Seems like there’s a lot of dishonesty about the state of the company.

Pros

Fun place to work and nice to be apart of something bigger.

Cons

Total revolving door for employees, managers and everything else. No commission and store is worn down along with systems.
