Pros
Nice clean environment, you get to work around beautiful dresses all day. Very fair commission package if you have enough sales. Fun contests. Great benefits and very flexible with FMLA.
Cons
Want you to be pushy, pushy, pushy. You get ten questions if you do not sell a bride as she walks out the door, even written up. I was even told I sounded like a used car sales person... more then once! Busy season means no weekends off.
