      Pros

      Great merchandise for a good price. Good pay for managers.

      Cons

      Treated terrible and unfairly by DM's and upper management. High turnover and they fire entire all the managers in a district when a new person is promoted to DM and they clean house of everyone they just don't like--it is run like a college sorority! If you are in the current clique or are the DM's 'Pet' your career is made until they leave the company then your life will be hell.

      Fun place to work and nice to be apart of something bigger.

      Cons

      Total revolving door for employees, managers and everything else. No commission and store is worn down along with systems.

      Pros

      I loved the stylist I trained and worked with. And they loved finding the perfect dress for the bride.

      Cons

      Depending on your upper management, it can make your life miserable. I was literally pushed out on a technicality that more than one person should’ve been fired for if they were gonna fire anyone for it.
