Pros

Helping people plan their weddings, decent employee discount, getting to work as a team, opportunity to make commission.

Cons

Forced to make 20 harassing phone calls per day, management cuts back on hours to save money - I've had 4 appointments at the same time by myself with no help, managers do not give help when you need them, the dress code is absurdly strict for the job, commission is impossible to get in the slow season and much lower than it should be when you actually earn it, forced by managers to be pushy about sales and the DB Credit Card, employees are not treated well or valued by management, given 3 hour shifts during the slow season, being sent home after only 2 hours of working if it's slow, getting yelled at by customers for things that are out of your control.

Pros

Fun place to work and nice to be apart of something bigger.

Cons

Total revolving door for employees, managers and everything else. No commission and store is worn down along with systems.
