Pros
The job itself is incredibly rewarding. You are surrounded by happiness and when you work hard and do well, the customers show appreciation. You get to help people and connect with others. I think working here has made me a better and happier person in general.
Cons
It can be fast paced and hectic. The technology is behind the times. Not all of the stores have wi-fi which is a huge problem for getting things accomplished quickly. There is an unrealistic expectation that in the newly competitive field we will sell to every bride within an hour. The sales goals can be difficult to reach especially in light of recent changes.
