The expectations in management are ridiculous. Already having so much on your plate they pile on more and more and then add 2 more emails to do on top of that. (One takes an hour to do and they want it on a busy Sunday ...but you have to be on the floor managing) that kind of hypocrisy happens so much there .....The do not offer raises. My DM has never thanked me once in the years I've been here and I have done so many things outside my job description. But let one little thing go wrong and they threaten write ups I was told no I was not allowed time off for church on Sunday morning and was declined taking ANY vacation time this year that I wanted. I could go on and on. I mean the use to pay well at least so the constant threats are tolerable but they got rid of positions that pay well and lowerd management new hire pay. Not worth it anymore. This place is a nightmare.
