It's a pretty clean environment and you get to assist brides to obtain the perfect fit for their special day. Everyone feels welcome.
Cons
Work hours are controlled by how much work flows through since the alterations department is really a separate business inside the store and so those who can't keep up with productivity are let go, even if they do better quality work than the manager. Quantity, not quality. Customers compliment when there's better quality.
