Having a small group of interns (4) overseen by one senior manager provided the unique opportunity to have very guided hands on experience with lots of potential for individual work and growth. The projects we were given went hand in hand with the necessary experience for a job as a financial analyst. We gained lots of experience with Excel, Powerpoint, and other related applications and tools of the business. Robert Cashion is a very intentional teacher and everything we did had a purpose. The final capstone project was a unique way to tie everything together and gave us the necessary space to show how we grew. The group dynamic was also very supportive and inclusive.
