Really did felt as if the attorneys and legal professionals cared about my success. Worked with me on a consistent basis to better understand the different legal spaces they were operating in. Management staff is also very caring and understanding. Worked with me on several occasions when life stuff came up. Left feeling like a better professional and more motivated then ever to achieve my goals.

Only critique would be that there paylocity is some time finicky and sometimes it just won’t register you clocking in or out.

Immature management who plays favorites. Attorneys frequently yelling or fighting with each other. Lack of training. Unfriendly work environment. Past employees all told me they suffered anxiety or depression from this job. HR is friends with management so complaints never taken seriously. Takes years to move up in position. There were cliques of "popular girls" that made everyone else feel bad.
