Pros
Love it here, been here for years. It's my second home. There are so many ways to advance, and there's a lot of opportunity to grow. There's a lot of diversity in ages from retired to college students so there are lots of different point of views and ideas brought to the table. It's constant, and always changing and always busy. There are many different departments, so you can work hardware, paint, garden, outdoor, or pet so there's something for everyone. I love all the staff that have come and gone and management as well. 💜 They also have full bennies.
Cons
Some raises are based on training, and that is up to the employee. The more things you learn in the job and skills you obtain from your learnings the more money you earn.
