      Pros

      The company is family owned and Danny Davis is a wonderful leader/owner. The pay is pretty good compared to others in the industry and the people that work here are very nice and helpful.

      Cons

      The time off/vacation policy is outdated and frustrating. They also require 45 hours of work per week for salaried employees which is annoying. The benefits overall are very average with the time-off/working hours in serious need of an update!

      Pros

      There is plenty of unique and new stuff to work on at Davis. If you enjoy feeling challenged and working through problems this is a good company.

      Cons

      The culture is very old-school, with not much time off or work flexibility.
