Pros
Nice location, right downtown on the river. Everyone gets their own office. In terms of work/life balance, you must be in the office 9-5, but hardly ever need to work past 5pm.
Cons
There is zero flexibility, which in today’s world, will kill a business. You’re expected to be at your desk from 9-5 and be called out if you’re not. They are way behind the ball in terms of any digital advertising, relying heavily in print, radio, etc. Senior leadership micromanaged every employee, except the few who were part of the inner circle (to the point they watched you write an email, or asked to approve an email before you send). There are other places that’ll do a much better job at helping you grow your career in advertising/marketing.
