Pros
Nothing at all it was a bad experience or a long bad trip.
Cons
Where to begin. Upper staff has their heads in the clouds. They are a big cooperate company that doesn’t really care about their employees. They have monthly annual meetings with everybody in the firm that are all about how great they are. But nothing about correcting issues so you continuously have the same issues that ultimately nobody wants to address - because BIG Company ONLY cares about making that money. If you are lower on the totem pole like I was: intern architect they use you for Revit burn you out then move you onto another project in Revit that needs major help. Basically I was stuck on CDs for a year and constantly have to fix modeling issues. They don’t care about you because as long as they are making money you don’t matter. There is a lot of egos and sucking up to upper management. If you don’t - don't expect to get anywhere. It doesn’t matter how hard you work just how much you suck up to upper management and how long you can sit at the coffee station in the kitchen doing this and wasting time. Basically if I could give them negative stars I would. I would not suggest anybody fresh out of school to work there. None of the partners ever talked to me.
