      Pros

      You have the ability to run your own mini business. Any new business you want to get is entirely up to you to go out and win. Commission structure is good

      Cons

      There is not a lot of structure. You don’t have sales meetings and plan KPI’s or any goals. Very hard to make any changes unless the director approves anything

      Great starting point for your career if wanting to get into the food industry. Can get out selling and the opportunity to earn more is there.
