Pros
Medium-sized company with all the issues of a small business. Sounds like a con but if you can handle the stress, it's a good place to learn and expand your experience, then move on.
Cons
Benefits (especially medical) are horrid. Based on your work habits this might be a pro but there's very little accountability for mistakes or even not doing your job outright. People are generally are tolerable but lots of egos. Management is hot and cold; promises are made but it's a gamble what actually is enacted.
