This company is now forcing its team members to go through mandatory social indoctrination courses for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. From my perspective, this is a gross overreach of the company's power over its team members.
Team members have no option for voicing objections to these DEI trainings without retribution. The re-education material has no validity from a scientific perspective, and it is inappropriate to force this on employees.
I don't believe all of our leaders agree with these principles, but they are more concerned with avoiding criticism than standing up for the truth. It takes courage to stand against group think and social agendas. It is apparent our leadership lacks fortitude.
