This company has one of the worst management teams I’ve ever encountered. The leadership constantly uses manipulative tactics and treats employees with no respect. There’s frequent verbal abuse, emotional manipulation, and gaslighting — it feels more like a PUA (pick-up artist) training ground than a workplace. There is absolutely no work-life balance — you’re expected to be available all the time, with unrealistic expectations and no appreciation. The environment is completely unprofessional, with poor communication, zero accountability, and no genuine opportunities for growth. If you value your mental health, personal time, and self-respect, stay far away from this place. Definitely one of the top toxic companies I’ve ever seen.
