Pros
Socials, trips, some opportunities to work in different departments, lovely people to work with and everyone loves what they do.
Cons
Salary can sometimes be below industry average, not a lot of room for progression, felt like it switched from being quite a start-up culture to a more corporate one in recent times, sometimes felt like there was a lack in direction and structure, during my time staff turnover felt high with lots of people coming and going which didn't make for great morale, some unnecessary micromanagement and moving of goalposts which can be frustrating, workload can be heavy and intense, especially during event season which can affect the work/life balance with opinions being heard but not necessarily acted upon which some can find disheartening.
