Pros
I cannot imagine a better suite of immediate managers I could report to. They treat you like an adult, and micromanaging is kept to a minimum. Do your job well, and you will be treated well. Have a "can do" attitude, be likeable, and care about your internal and external customers, and I believe that there is ample room for growth in this company– though it is on you to advocate for yourself.
Cons
They are resistant to pay increases, and have arbitrary standards for what warrants a raise. You will feel the lack of alignment from upper management, and will be asking yourself "what exactly is my job" as you blend 3 roles at the same time. Organizational processes have not been put in place to make everyone's roles clear cut and operating efficiently. Nearly no training is provided on role specific methodologies or internal processes. If you are not patient and willing to feel unnecessarily confused at times, you will not last.
