* [RED FLAG] They Ask For Original Document and Blank Check ! Join only if you are comfortable stay for long in company * Internships are too long and for some roles can be unpaid too initially * Bit Stressful and Pressured as they ask for work report too often daily

Pros
Will get job easily as a fresher. Has seniors with lot of knowledge. Will require to know gujarati to survive.
Cons
They do bonded employment by either taking your original marksheet or taking a blank cheque from you if you join as a fresher, which can be used for blackmail later. This is illegal according to Bonded Labour System Act, 1976. But many companies in surat do this, And this company is one of them.
