I have been with Ceridian for nearly 20 years and there has never been a better time to be a part of this company. We have always had great people who genuinely care about our customers and each other. With the acquisition of Dayforce we now have the best technology in the market and it keeps getting better. Our leaadership team is very hands on. They work along side us and recognize the value we contribute to the success of the company. We have a culture of honesty and transparency. We are encouraged to share our ideas and our feedback - and action is taken when there is room for improvement. Work life balance is also a huge plus. Ceridian gives us the time and flexibility to take care of our families and our communities.
Cons
My biggest challenge as a sales representative is market awareness. While Ceridian has a strong brand it is often associated with our heritage as a service bureau. I love sharing our story - it's exciting to see the positive response. That said, it can be difficult to get the opportunity to have those conversations due to misconceptions about who we are.
