Pros

-The company pays well and offers good benefits: health insurance + 401k with a match. -It’s a laid-back work environment. Despite my heavy workload, it never gets too stressful. -My team is collaborative and supportive. It’s easy to work with most of my coworkers.

Cons

-Urgent and important issues aren’t solved quickly which can be frustrating. -You should work hard to enjoy career advancement opportunities.

Pros

I've been working for Dayton-Phoenix for a couple of months now, and I will say, my experience here has been nothing but disaster! I really thought working here would turn out to be a great career move, but this company has given me nothing but grief and misery. While my coworkers have been a huge help to me, I simply can't recommend working here to anyone. If you're considering applying for a position, I urge you to reconsider.

Cons

The salary the company offers is a lot lower compared to competitors. Raises and promotions are incredibly rare, and even if you consistently outperform your coworkers, your hard work is going to go unacknowledged and unrewarded! Employees have terrible work-life balances due to being assigned overwhelming workloads, being forced to work overtime just to meet tight deadlines, and a lack of support from management. Leadership is vain, greedy, and delusional; they often make terrible decisions, set unrealistic expectations, and avoid accountability for their actions.
