Pros
The company is making significant investments into improving the culture and direction of the company. They have already brought in new leadership to address a variety of issues and make improvements across the company. The executive team cares about all employees and wants to do whatever it can to make things better for them. > Expanded benefits > Addressing work/life balance issues > Providing paid training for technicians and an opportunity to earn good money in their first year and beyond > Company vehicles > New technologies have been implemented
Cons
The bulk of the organization are Technicians and it's a demanding job. It's not an easy job - physically demanding, working in the elements, getting dirty, and still providing great customer service and maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude. It's not for everyone. But in return, you can get paid training with no experience, a company vehicle, base pay, bonus pay, overtime pay - offering yourself and your family financial stability working in a stable industry. The complaints that people have are not just about this company - their complaints are about this type of work and they just don't enjoy it or want to do it.
