Old outdated trucks old inventory method easy to mess up that inventory by doing a manual count poor management poor communication unsafe equipment disperse routes fairly or make the smaller routes match commission wise the larger routes its hard to be motivated when one is busting their rear end for a small route having to drive every where when someone in the bigger city is making a ton more money for not as much work.

The people are good people
