Pros- This section is a joke for this company 1. Its in Jaipur. (However they have opened new office in Banglore also but dont know how long will it continue) 2. Can throw heavy salaries to some developers

This list is endless and I am very much afraid that even after trying my best I will not be able to cover all the negative points for this company.. First of all this is not a company, it is a small LALA shop with road contractors sitting on top in the form of GM 1. HR- Company slaves with 0 skills other than following managments orders. They cant even judge oversmart fake employees correctly even after one year. First they give good appraisals and then receive poor feedback from their lead and then repent. And finally find a way to fire them. This has happened multiple times. 2. Good resources either gets fired once their work is done or they resign on their own. But let me tell you this is quite an interesting race. 3. Old higher managment sucks except one general manager. 4. Full politics. 5. No salary band here, for same position they can pay 7 lpa to 35 lpa 6. Some smart developers make fool of HR and take very high salary causing dissatisfaction among others. 7. No employee friendly policies. 8. Just 1.5 leaves a month 9. Higher managment appreciates only buttering resources and not honest and hard working employees. 10. Any person who has worked in any MNC and in any metro city dont even dare to join this, you will repent your whole life. 11. Join this company only if you dont have any personal life, self respect and just too much greed for money. 12. This company will give you a black spot on you resume for life, and many people are trying to get fake experience certificates during their stay in this company because due to this company they are not getting calls from anywhere. 13. 95% of the employees working there hates going to office and rest 5% are chamchas of management with 0 technical knowledge and cant find a job anywhere else in their entire life. 14. Extremely poor infrastructure.
