Pros
- a lot of benefits and high pay - everyday is different - some team members have been in the industry for a very long time and are very knowledgeable - a lot of variety - being a rep is definately a job that pushes you out your comfort zone, teaches you to not take anything personally - rewarding job when cases goes well
Cons
- if you work in london, expect to be pitching for cases in the morning - long hours and a lot of driving for people with smaller accounts - business growing with out the kit being able to service it, extremely frustrating - you will find DPS has a bad reputation with a lot of hospital due to previous bad rep support, empty promises and constantly wanting to remove inventory. - long hours - external hire for the management team means there is no coherent between the people doing the job and the decisions being made. - the constant talk about diversity and inclusivity feels like a PR stunt when only 3/60 in the team are of BAME origins
