There are no pros to list.

Old-fashioned, racist management that is resistant to change and unwilling to modernize systems or processes. New ideas and suggestions for improvement are often ignored, creating a stagnant work environment. The company culture is highly unprofessional. Gossip is constant, and employees frequently talk behind each other's backs, which creates a toxic and uncomfortable atmosphere. Trust and teamwork are lacking because of the negativity throughout the workplace. Compliance and operational standards appear to be treated as an afterthought, with management doing the bare minimum rather than proactively addressing issues or striving for improvement. Cons: Toxic culture, poor leadership, resistance to change, lack of professionalism, and minimal commitment to compliance and improvement.
