Pros

The company has been around for a long time. They take the compliance for the job very seriously. you know what to say and exactly how to say it so that you won't loose your job over something like compliance.

Cons

The company has been around for a long time which make it seem very stable, but when it comes to making decisions and changes management is lost. Everything has to go through home office, so you can find yourself waiting for answers for weeks. Management is hard to move into unless you have been there a LONG time and even then, they promote people by the length they have been at DeVry not if they have the characteristics to do the job (Management). Its okay id you don't like recognition/rewards for a job well done, you won't get that here.

Pros

DeVry Day was a wonderful example of our positive culture, meaningful work, and commitment to making a difference. Welcoming and congratulating graduates allowed me to celebrate their achievements firsthand and witness the impact of the support and resources DeVry provides throughout their educational journey. The event created a sense of community, recognition, and pride that reflected our dedication to student success. Seeing graduates and their families celebrate this milestone reinforced how our work contributes to helping students achieve their goals and create better futures for themselves

Cons

This event was nothing but spectacular!

Pros

Work from home, good benefits, paid time off & the pay.

Cons

They say it’s not a KPI based position but it is. They will not give commission because they say we should be in it for the students and not numbers but the position is solely based on numbers. This is not a warm, team friendly position. Even your team mates are in competition with you. You will work two Saturdays out of the month and sometimes even Sundays and they still won’t be satisfied with your work ethic.
