Dead Pixel Films has an exciting fast-paced environment with a collaborative and creative team. I really feel at home in my role and I feel lucky to work with such a talented bunch. Dead Pixel has built a great culture (the office dogs are a bonus)! They invest a lot of time and effort in ensuring new candidates are a good culture fit into the company. This really impressed me when I applied - I felt like they genuinely cared about understanding my personality and character. It made me feel that each hire has been carefully considered and is valued for their individuality. Projects are super varied with leadership encouraging input from all of the team. There's an innovative and collaborative approach to projects with lots of opportunities to learn and develop. Leadership are really approachable and supportive. Free snacks!
