Pros
You work with the most supportive and intelligent team of go-getters. When there is a problem people from every department gather to fix it immediately. Long gone are the days where you wait around the office crossing your fingers that something might get done by your "higher ups". Everyone here takes responsibility for themselves and their work - when they say will do something, they do it! The flat hierarchy design of the company is refreshing - at many employers you feel like just a number. At DealDash I feel valued and appreciated, no matter my position, for my unique and trained skillset. The salary is generous as are the other modes of compensation within the company (fitness benefits, wellness initiatives, yearly off-site trips, company covering work supplies and needs). You are challenged and your knowledge increases exponentially.
Cons
For my specific position, some interactions can be harder than others with customers - however they are few and far between. When these do happen I am supported extremely well by my team. However this is something to keep in mind.
