It was remote which I think we can agree was is nice
Cons
-Mediocre training and what they had was terrible documented.
-Not enough resources to support through the entire customer facing team so they just expect you to pick up the slack of 2 or 3 people regardless of your product knowledge
-A mediocre product at best, but just to use it you have to get so complex it makes it not worth the time.
-They bend over backwards for the stupidest and most nit-picky of customers and don't have proper SOW in place for the work needing to be done
