Pros
People are generally nice. Some nice little perks like break room snacks and lunches are brought in regularly. You're never out of work.
Cons
A tough environment to succeed in. Very little training combined with unclear roles and expectations make for a tough daily schedule. A lot of long standing issues have never been properly addressed.
