The only positive is the salary for freshers (around 7.2 LPA), which is better than some entry-level offers. Workload is very light, so it’s easy for someone who just wants less pressure.
Cons
No proper work-from-home support even in serious situations Lacks professional culture and collaboration Most employees are freshers with little industry experience Work involves outdated technologies (like ColdFusion, Katana framework, etc.) No real learning or career growth opportunities for experienced professionals Work is minimal, leading to stagnation and skill degradation
