      Poor & Toxic Management No work life balance daily 9-11 No hikes , barely 2-4% Very poor and old products Needed to use Cobol VB.net etc legacy apps very poor management Very toxic culture

      Great office atmosphere. Low stress, high volume calls. Management from the CEO on down are very approachable and willing to listen.

      the company a few years ago got bought out by vista. Vista ruined everything in the company.
