Pros

1. Management presence is unforgettable: Seriously, check out the CEO on socials before you sign the contract just to see the vibe you’re getting into. :) 2. Highly immersive culture: The toxic energy is real, and the leadership’s inner circle is 100% aligned with everything the CEO does. 3. Incredible attention to detail: Micro-management at its finest. The leadership has a very low tolerance for human existence. People literally get called out or targeted over minor things like humming with earphones or their choice of perfume. Peak professionalism! 4. Solid retention strategy: If the CEO doesn't vibe with you, you'll get "special treatment" until you're uncomfortable enough to resign. They even openly tell managers to just "force their resignation" instead of doing actual performance reviews. Saves time, I guess!

Cons

None. Just read the pros for all the 'wonderful' details.

Pros

Working here is a lot like being in a consulting firm — fast pace, steep learning curve, and a strong performance culture. The difference is, it’s less political (it's not always a good news though). People just don’t have time for that because it’s very clear who’s delivering and who’s not. While there’s support, you do need to be pretty independent from the start. If you’re the type that hates office politics and just want to deliver or grow quickly, this is the place. Town halls are becoming regular and feedback to management is encouraged. But sometimes they overdo the company-wide announcements, but at least you know what’s going on — which is more than I can say for most places. The company’s doing well financially, and I think it's what keep people excited.

Cons

Things move fast, and sometimes it feels like you're always catching up. It’s not chaotic, but the expectations are high and things move fast. Work-life balance depends a lot on your team, but in general, the bar is high and the workload reflects that. It’s not toxic — but it’s definitely intense. If you’re clear on your priorities and communicate well, it’s manageable — just don’t expect a 9-to-5 rhythm every day.
