Pros

The people here are genuinely smart, motivated, and collaborative. The atmosphere is friendly, colleagues are helpful, and you often feel part of a team that values each other’s contributions. The benefit offerings are strong - health coverage, gym/internet stipends, and other perks. Because the company size is moderate (not gargantuan), there’s a chance to take on visible work, learn broadly, and potentially grow. From what I understand, people who stay for a while build strong domain knowledge and become trusted members of the team. The product and market make sense: working at a company that builds tooling for deal management/real-estate investment means you get exposure to interesting customers and workflows.

Cons

As with many growing tech companies, structure and process are still maturing. Given the fast-moving nature of the business, things can shift quickly (product strategy, customer priorities, internal focus). That can be exciting, but also means adaptability is required and things may feel less stable at times.

Pros

Working at Dealpath has been a really positive experience for me. The company is growing, but it still feels like a place where people genuinely care about doing good work and supporting each other. I’ve been impressed by how much the team actually lives the values around integrity, respect, and collaboration, not just talks about them. Day to day, people are kind, helpful, and willing to jump in when you need a hand. There’s a real sense of “we’re in this together,” which makes even the busy weeks feel manageable. I also appreciate how much trust and ownership I’m given. If you have an idea or want to take something on, there’s usually room to run with it. The work itself is interesting, and the company is clearly building something impactful. We’re encouraged to be curious and try new approaches, and there’s a lot of focus on improving how we work and building for the future. From a people standpoint, Dealpath does a thoughtful job with policies around flexibility, paid time off, parental leave, and creating a respectful, inclusive environment. It makes a difference when a company backs up its values with real actions. Overall, it’s a place where I feel appreciated, challenged in a good way, and surrounded by teammates who want to do great work. If you enjoy a mix of fast-paced growth and genuinely good people, it’s a strong fit.

Cons

No place is perfect. The pace can be fast and sometimes a bit scrappy as we scale, which may not be for everyone. We’re still maturing some of our internal processes and systems, and sometimes cross-team coordination takes extra effort. To the company’s credit, people are aware of this and actively working to improve it.
