      Pros

      Dean Group offers its staff a lot of flexibility including working from home. Employees are not micro-managed; allowed completed freedom to manage your desk.

      Cons

      In order to flourish at the Dean Group, you must be able to work without a lot of direction; environment is unstructured so need to be self motivated.

      Maybe you would like to work in a central location, which is centrally located, but you can find many different places without needing that

      Cons

      Unfortunately, even if you have been working for 3 years, there has been no change in position or any salary increase, they continue with the minimum. With each passing day, the management is getting worse and they never care about the employees
