      Pros

      (Mostly) terrific team members. Everyone seemed to want everyone else to thrive. The “mission” felt good. We were encouraged to grow into our roles, and learn new skills.

      Cons

      Mixed signals from leadership. Frequent, confusing conflict between leadership and a perpetually-self-unaware-bro-culture-champion company owner.

      Founder is one-of-kind. I have worked my entire career with founders. He challenges us to be better everyday and a lot of this work takes people who have grit and growth mindsets.
