      Pros

      Good training and nice people to work with. Very understanding management, especially when it comes to sick days or personal life situations.

      Cons

      Very hard to make good money. Bonus structure was not very lucrative especially considering all the money they are making on the programs.

      Pros

      Feels like Family...employees all have worked there for years so you can make some close friends that become like family

      Cons

      Selling old publications...Books are sold as new information when they were actually published 10 plus years ago ..leads are not good
