Buyers Beware - Operations Debt Cleanse Employee Review

Lack of clear direction and a defined future plan was non-existent. Everyday we were given a new direction not taking under consideration past efforts. Frustrating and weak management. No vision. Cannot with good measure recommend this service to anyone I care about. For many of us inside employees was clear that help is not provided to customers (members). It is a fish, catch and release mentality to membership. Get them for the money, and let the member figure it out with additional high investment cost. Membership fee does not truly provide any assistance. Morale very low among internal teams.
